Technical Resource Group (TRG)

TRG serves as the single point of contact for NDCAC services and support. They develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry-developed and law enforcement technical solutions and best practices.

TRG provides a secure forum to facilitate secure communication and collaboration among partnered law enforcement agencies. This allows for technical assistance for industry-developed and law enforcement lawful intercept and electronic evidence collection methods and best practices.

TRG also helps identify and address issues related to industry-developed and law enforcement technical solutions and subpoena and court order compliance.

Available Monday through Friday, 6 am to midnight EST, TRG offers live support and responds to inquiries submitted online during off hours. They serve as access to law enforcement, technical, and tool subject matter experts.
